Hi everyone,
We had so many people at church. Recently we've been getting around 52-56, and we had 70 people there! There were so many people. So many. We had lots of investigators come, too. There were at least 9 investigators between the three companionships. There was also a baptism on Saturday! Overall a really great, miraculous weekend. We've been putting forth lots of diligent effort for a long time, and we saw some fruits this weekend.
This weekend, Sister Wilson and I learned a great lesson on faith as we prepared a lesson and fasted for the Name Tag Family. We both felt like they would accept the invitation to be baptized on the lesson that we taught Saturday night, and we were thinking about them all that day. The lesson was powerful, but we didn't get to baptism. However, the next day they came to church for the first time in several weeks. They left quickly after sacrament meeting, and Elder Bodily said that it looked like the mom and dad were fighting. The mom knows the Book of Mormon is true, and she just needs to take a stand for her beliefs. Maybe that lesson was the kickstart she needed. We're still praying and thinking about them a lot.
Still no news on Flip. :(
We had another meeting with Flower, and she keeps having spiritual encounters that are totally preparing her to receive the Gospel. She was flipping channels and came across a Christian discussion that she watched a little of, and she said that everything worked out all right with her daughter in Vlad. She said that she was praying for her. She had a question for us about keeping up faith after the death of a loved one, and we invited her to write down her question, pray about it, and then watch General Conference to receive an answer. I know that if she does, she'll receive the answer that she needs.
We're going to watch the Women's Broadcast of Conference on Thursday, and then we'll watch the rest of conference this weekend at the church. WE'RE SO EXCITED! Conference is the best! We hope you had a good weekend watching it.

I COMPLETELY FORGOT TO MENTION THAT IT SNOWED ON FRIDAY!!!! REAL, ACTUAL SNOW FROM THE SKY!!! Just a friendly reminder that I am living in Siberia.
Ashlin finally ended up at the library to write emails at the same time the Elders were there. She was able to borrow an SD Card reader, so we get pictures...YAY!
